A university theatre director wants to direct a play on themes of war and peace, but to which playwright should she turn? She holds an audition for playwrights past and present. After watching the scenes offered by each playwright, whom should she choose?

This “dramedy” considers such questions as why men engage in war and what is war’s impact on all it touches. What must we do to find peace?
